Chairman Wachtler called the meeting to order at 11:04a.m.

Discussion was held on three pending examination candidates.

For the applicants, HAD-10-18-03 SEC and HAD-10-18-03 BDF Steven Rademacher moved to deny the request for examination at this time due to lack of proving high school education and the applications arriving in this office after the deadline per Idaho Law 54-2907 (e).  The Board suggests they apply for a temporary permit and take the examination in May.
