Chairman Wachtler called
the meeting to order at 11:04a.m.
Discussion was held on
three pending examination candidates.
For the applicants,
HAD-10-18-03 SEC and HAD-10-18-03 BDF Steven Rademacher moved to deny the
request for examination at this time due to lack of proving high school
education and the applications arriving in this office after the deadline per
Idaho Law 54-2907 (e). The Board suggests they apply for a temporary permit and take
the examination in May. Dr. Cooper seconded the motion and the motion carried.
For the applicant HAD
10-11-03 KMA, Steven Rademacher
moved to allow the applicant to take only the Idaho State Law portion of the
exam based upon his passing both parts of the National Examination in Wyoming.
Dr. Cooper seconded the motion and the motion carried.
Topics to be added to the
agenda for the November meeting are:
1. Sound field testing rule be changed by the legislative process.
2. The proof of high school or GED rule be changed to add the possibility of
accepting a degree from a college or university also.
Two-year higher education a requirement for licensure
Dr. Cooper moved to adjourn the call at 11:30a.m. Steven Rademacher seconded the motion and the motion carried.
