Q. Where can I find a list of approved driving business apprenticeship programs?

Q. I am applying for an apprenticeship program for my business. The application asks for an outline of the business licensee’s proposed apprenticeship instruction and training program, demonstrating that the program includes at least 60 hours of classroom instruction and 108 hours of behind the wheel instruction.  What information should I include for the Board to review?

What will the Apprentice Instructor be observing while the behind-the-wheel instructor is instructing?              
How long will the behind-the-wheel instructor remain in the vehicle with the Apprentice Instructor?

Q. I would like to use another online course, what shouldI do?

A. See Rule 225.08, which states that the business mustensure that the content of the program meets the Board’s requirements and mustbe approved by the Board. Please submit a revised curriculum to the Board.
