Meeting Minutes of September 24, 2003

Robert Payne called the
meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Virginia Dickman moved to
enter executive session to discuss applicant matters not subject to public
disclosure. Vickie Powers seconded and the motion carried.
Vickie Powers moved to
enter regular session. Rhonda
Murray seconded and the motion carried.
Virginia Dickman moved
that the Board write a letter to Northwest Nazarene University and indicate that
the Bureau needs official transcripts indicating social work degree and the date
the degree was granted before a social work license can be issued to the four
students and send a copy of the letter to each of the students.
Cheryl Jurgens seconded and the motion carried.

enter regular session. Cheryl
Jurgens seconded and the motion carried.
Virginia Dickman moved
that the Board direct the Bureau Investigator to contact supervisors of
applicant SWOA-25188 to investigate the nature of their practice at this time.
Cheryl Jurgens seconded. Virginia
Dickman moved to amend the motion to direct the Bureau to contact the
supervisors of applicant SWOA-25188 to review the statements in the supervisor
reports. Vickie seconded the
amendment motion and the amendment and motion carried.
The Board reviewed the
comments received on the proposed rules. The
Bureau will draft the changes as directed by the Board and forward copies to be
reviewed.
The meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
