Also present: Scott McKay, Attorney. 

Scott McKay made a presentation on behalf of the respondent in case number SWO-L4B-02-98-004. 

Virginia Dickman moved to enter executive session.  Stephen Cummings, seconded the motion, motion carried. 

Virginia Dickman moved to re-enter regular session.  Nancy Killinger seconded the motion, motion carried. 

The Board discussed changes to the pending consent order and directed Roger Hales to inform Kirsten Wallace of those changes. 

APPLICATIONS REVIEWED 

Virginia Dickman moved that Sharon Rivas be approved to take the intermediate level examination and upon passing the examination accept her clinical hours from California and issue a private practice clinical license.  Nancy Killinger seconded the motion, motion carried. 

The Board directed Kenneth Salzman to review the private practice clinical application file for Julie Carney. 

Virginia Dickman moved to issue Lois Cowles a private practice clinical license, subsequent to passage of the intermediate level examination and verification of a current Indiana license and that Indiana supervision requirement is the same.  Nancy Killinger seconded the motion, motion carried. 

The meeting adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
