The meeting was called to order at 9:03 a.m. by Chair, Mr. Paul Morgan.
Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General, presented memorandums for # REA-2005-10 and # REA-2005-11.
The Board recommended the Attorney Generals office move forward on the cases.
The Board reviewed the application of an individual with special circumstances with the recommendation that applicant submit two additional demonstration reports.
Motion made by Mr. Morse to have Ms. Lentz draft letter to the applicant detailing errors and requesting two additional demonstration reports. Seconded by Mr. Moe, carried.
Board reviewed letter from Mr. Gavin, applicant. Applicant addressed one concern out of three that the board had with previous demonstration reports.
Motion made by Mr. Moe to allow Mr. Gavin to reapply for licensure in the State of Idaho. Seconded by Ms. Lentz, carried.
Board discussed application of an individual with special circumstances. Board had asked the applicant in August of 2005 to resubmit corrected demonstration reports. The applicant did not submit additional reports and did not contact the board regarding the request.
Motion made by Mr. Morse to direct board secretary to draft a letter to the applicant requesting the additional two demonstration reports with corrections, send and email copy to Mr. Morse and Mr. Morgan to review. Seconded by Ms. Lentz, carried.
Board reviewed Appraisal Sub Committee meeting minutes. Board recommends changing the title on the minutes from AQB to Appraisal Sub Committee. Board discussed recommendations from the Appraisal Sub Committee.
Emily Mac Master presented a stipulation and consent order for case # REA-2006-5. Following discussion the Board provided recommendations to Ms. Mac Master.
Motion made by Mr. Morse to have board secretary add to the next agenda discussion of procedures for complex cases. Seconded by Mr. Bachmeier, carried.
Motion made by Mr. Morse to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ms. Lentz, carried.
