of December 19, 2003
The Idaho Real Estate Appraiser Board
meeting was called to order at 9:12 a.m., Friday, December 19,2003 at the Bureau
of Occupational Licences, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise,
Idaho.
Roll Call: Ruby Stroschein, Chair

Mr. Hetrick presented the Financial Report
and it was reviewed.
Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Stan Moe
and carried that the Board go into executive session to discuss possible
litigation. The time being 9:55
a.m.
Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Henri
LeMoyne and carried that the Board come out of executive session at 10:35 a.m.
Disciplinary Matters
REA-2003-7:
Moved by Henri LeMoyne, seconded by Doyle Pugmire and carried to adopt
the Hearing Officers Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and that the matter
be dismissed with out prejudice.
REA-2003-5: Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Stan Moe and carried to accept the Final Order as written.
REA-2003-6:
Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Doyle Pugmire and carried to accept the
Final Order as written.
Paul Morgan attended the AARO meeting on
behalf of the Board. He discussed
his findings with the Board and informed them he will have additional handouts
for the next meeting.
Moved by Henri LeMoyne, seconded by Paul
Morgan and carried to submit payment to AARO for the 2004 membership.
Applications Reviewed
The Board reviewed and approved seven (7)
applications for exam and deferred five (5) applications.
The Board has authorized the issuance of
the following certifications / licenses to these individuals having met the
educational and experience requirements and passing an examination approved by
the Board.

Charles Riggins Johnston Hill
David Brown
David Eakin
Rigo Ayala
John Holt
Janet Hale
The Board reviewed one (1) application for
registered trainee. The Board has
authorized the issuance of trainee status to Jennifer Burton based on her
providing seventy five (75) hours of education.
However, her educations for licensure will need to come from an
educational sponsor approved by the Board.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:42 a.m.
