Minutes of November 7, 2003 

The Idaho Real Estate Appraiser Board conference call was called to order at 8:05 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2003 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Minutes

Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Doyle Pugmire and carried that the Board go into executive session to discuss possible litigation.  The time being 8:08 a.m. 

Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Paul Morgan and carried that the Board come out of executive session at 8:22 a.m. 

REA-2003-5:  Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Stanley Moe and carried that the Board will accept the Hearing Officer’s Findings of Fact, Conclusion Of Law, and Recommended Order in the matter of Timothy B. Hogg, LRA-287, subject to the wording of the Final Order to be drafted by Roger Hales. Board requests copy before it is executed. 

Moved by Henri LeMoyne, seconded by Doyle Pugmire and carried that the Board go into executive session to discuss possible litigation.  The time being 8:30 a.m. 

Moved by Henri LeMoyne, seconded by Paul Morgan and carried that the Board come out of executive session at 8:45 a.m. 

REA-2003-6:  Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Henri LeMoyne and carried that the Board accept the Hearing Officer’s Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Recommended Order in the matter of Frank W. Riem, LRA-253. In addition the Board would require respondent to pay costs incurred in investigation and prosecution, attend a 15 hour USPAP course passed with exam within six (6) months with no CE credit allowed, and licensee to be placed on probation for a period of six (6) months.
