Minutes of October 20, 2003
The Idaho Real Estate Appraiser Board
meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m., Monday, October 20, 2003 at the Bureau
of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise,
Idaho.

Henri LeMoyne, Vice Chair

Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

Minutes
Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Henri
LeMoyne and carried that the minutes of the August 18, 2003 board meeting be
approved.
Rayola Jacobsen
Ms. Jacobsen handed out the purposed Law
and Rule changes that where submitted and approved by the Department of
Financial Management and discussed the new changes for the upcoming legislature.
It is possible that a member of the Board will be asked to be present at
committee hearings to answer any questions.
Budd Hetrick
Mr. Hetrick presented the Financial Report
and it was discussed. The Boards
current cash balance is $69,512.14.
The investigative report was presented and
discussed. Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Henri
LeMoyne and carried to accept the Investigation determination report submitted
by Budd Hetrick.
Established Board meeting dates 2004
After a full discussion it was decided that
the Board would meet on the following dates for the year 2004.
Tuesday, February 17, 2004 Monday, April 19, 2004
Monday, June 21, 2004 Monday, August 16, 2004
Monday, October 18, 2004 Monday, December 20, 2004
Application’s Reviewed
The Board approved two (2) applications for exam and deferred ten (10) applications.
The Board has authorized the issuance of
the following certificates / licenses to these individuals having met the
educational and experience requirements and passing an examination required by
the Board.

Moved by Paul Morgan, seconded by Henri
LeMoyne and carried to accept Sean M. Green’s application for Licensure by
Reciprocity with the state of Washington.
Approved Continuing Education
Mykut Real Estate School - 7-Hours USPAP Update: Seven (7) hours Continuing Education
Allied Business Schools, Inc.
