Minutes of April 21, 2003
The Idaho Real Estate Appraiser Board meeting was called to order at 9;05 a.m., Monday, April 21,2003 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Minutes
Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Ruby
Stroschein and carried that the minutes of the February 18, 2003 board meeting
be approved.
Rayola Jacobsen, Bureau Chief
Ms. Jacobsen discussed the possibilities of
having a two-day meeting in June. The
Board agreed that if a two-day meeting was needed that June 24th
& 25th 2003 would work best.
Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief
Mr. Hetrick discussed the financial report
with the Board. Their current cash
balance is $9,913.57. Moved by
Henri LeMoyne, seconded by Doyle Pugmire and carried that the financial report
be approved.
Mr. Hetrick discussed changing the
duplicate license fee from $25.00 to $10.00.
Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Henri LeMoyne and carried that the
current $25.00 duplicate license fee be changed to $10.00
Mr. Hetrick presented the complaint report.
The Board signed two Stipulation & Consent Orders for Case No. REA-2003-4
and REA-2003-9.
