The Idaho Real Estate Appraiser Board conference call was called to order at 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, January 28,2003 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Roll Call:          Paul Morgan, Chairman

                        Ruby Stroschein, Board Member

                        Doyle Pugmire, Board Member

Minutes

Issues regarding Idaho Code 54-4109 were brought to the board’s attention by both

John Thiel and Terri Yost.  The board heard from both parties and decided to reschedule a second conference call to allow time for the Board to interpret Idaho Code 54-4109. 

Moved by Doyle Pugmire, seconded by Ruby Stroschein and carried the meeting be adjourned. 

Meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
