LAW CHANGE

Moved by Ms. Lentz to accept the proposed law change for Title 54-4113 and 54-4107 and submit them for the 2008 Legislature Session.  Seconded by Mr. Bachmeier, motion carried.

BOARD DISCUSSION:

Board asked secretary to add to the next agenda, discussion of language for Title 54-4107.
