Minutes of April 18, 2007 

Conference Call  

Roll Call:           Paul J. Morgan, Chair

Bureau Present:        Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

                                Marcie McGinty, Investigations Coordinator

                                Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General

Board Members Patricia Lentz, and Stanley Moe, absent, excused.

The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Chair, Mr. Paul Morgan.

The Board met via conference call to discuss Case No. REA-2006-19.   Ms. Mac Master presented a signed Stipulation And Consent Order to the Board and recommended that the Board accept the Order with one modification of the suspension period to begin April 19, 2007.

Moved by Mr. Morse to accept the Order with the modification of the suspension date.  Seconded by Mr. Bachmeier, motion carried.

Moved by Mr. Morse to authorize either the Chair or Mr. Bachmeier to date and sign the Order and initial the change to the suspension period in the Order.  Seconded by Mr. Bachmeier, motion carried.  

Moved by Mr. Morse that the meeting be adjourned.  Seconded by Mr. Bachmeier, motion carried  The time being 3:12 p.m.
