Minutes of March 16, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 9:07 a.m. by Chair, Mr. Paul Morgan.

The Board met via conference call to discuss Case No. REA-2006-1 for clarification of the terms for the Final Order and discussed implementing the costs and fees that were not included in the Board’s motion of February 26, 2007. 

After full discussion and review of the costs incurred the following motion was made:  Moved by Mr. Morse that the sanctions outlined in the Final Order in the matter of John Hennessey shall include a One Thousand ($1,000) Dollar fine and all costs and fees incurred in the investigation and prosecution determined by the Bureau payable within 90 days of the Order.  Seconded by Mr. Moe, motion carried.

Moved by Mr. Morse that the meeting be adjourned.  Seconded by Ms. Lentz, motion carried  The time being 9:19 a.m.
