IBOL COMPLAINT MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT:                Investigation Report

Fiscal Year 2005: To date, twenty-five (25) complaints have been received. Twenty-four (24) are under investigation; and one (1) has been referred for formal action.

Fiscal Year 2004: Thirty-eight (38) complaints were received. Four (4) have been closed; Four (4) were referred for formal action;  and Thirty (30) remain under investigation or pro-review. 

Fiscal Year 2003: Thirty-two (32) complaints were received. Nineteen (19) have been closed; eight (8) are currently under investigation or pro-review; five (5) were referred for formal action. 

Fiscal Year 2002:  Thirty-one (31) complaints were received. Eighteen (18) have been closed; four (4) remain under investigation or pro-review; and nine (9) were referred for formal action. 

There are five (5) pending disciplinary actions.
