Fiscal Year 2004: To
date, twelve (12) complaints have been received and are under investigation.
Fiscal Year 2003:
Thirty-one (31) complaints were received. Nineteen (19) are currently under
investigation, one (1) awaits Board member review, and six (6) await Board
determination.
Fiscal Year 2002: Thirty
(30) complaints were received. Of those four (4) remain open and under
investigation; three (3) are awaiting pro-review; six (6) await Board
determination; eight (8) are awaiting formal action; and nine (9) were closed
without action.
2001: Twenty-four (24)
complaints were received. Of those, one (1) is awaiting pro-review; twenty-one
(21) are awaiting formal action; and two (2) were closed without action.
2000: Thirty (30)
complaints received were received. Of those, ten (10) remain under investigation
or legal review.
Administrative hearings are pending involving thirty-three (33) cases.
