Fiscal Year 2003: Twenty-five (25)
complaints have been received and are currently under investigation.
Fiscal Year 2002: Twenty-one (21)
complaints have been received. Of those eighteen (18) remain open and under
investigation or legal review.
Twenty-one (21) complaints have been
received for the year 2001. Of those, four (4) are under investigation and the
rest are under legal review.
Thirty (30) complaints received were
received for the year 2000. Of those five (5) remain under investigation. Eleven
(11) are under legal review.
Forty-seven (47) complaints were received
in 1999. Twenty-two (22) are pending administrative hearings.
Thirty-seven (37) complaints were reviewed
in 1998. Eight (8) are pending administrative hearings.
Thirty-two (32) complaints were received in
1997. Three (3) are pending administrative hearings.
Three (3) administrative hearings have been
held. Six (6) are pending.
Those cases closed since your last meeting:
REA-L3-02A-98-29 & REA-L1A-02A-00-12. Both investigations concern the same respondent, who entered into a Stipulated Consent Agreement on 03-26-2003.
