Fiscal Year 2003: Nine (9)
complaints have been received and are currently under investigation.
Fiscal Year 2002:
Twenty-one (21) complaints were received. Of those eighteen (18) remain open and
under investigation or legal review.
Fiscal Year 2001:
Twenty-one (21) complaints were received. Of those, four (4) are under
investigation and seventeen (17) are under legal review.
Fiscal Year 2000: Thirty
(30) complaints received were received. Of those six (6) remain under
investigation. and eleven (11) are under legal review
Fiscal Year 1999:
Forty-seven (47) complaints were received. Three (3) are being scheduled for an
administrative hearing and nineteen (19) are under legal review.
Fiscal Year 1998:
Thirty-seven (37) complaints were received. Seven (7) are being scheduled for an
administrative hearing and two (2) are under legal review.
Fiscal Year 1997: Thirty-two (32) complaints were received. Three (3) are being scheduled for an administrative hearing.
