Meeting Minutes of 3/25/2008

 

 

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Alan Bruce Crothers - Chair

Meeting was called to order at 8:33 a.m. MST by Alan Bruce Crothers.

 

DISCIPLINARY ACTION

 

The Board, together with their legal counsel, Mr. Hales, reviewed, discussed, and determined terms for discipline in the matter of the license of James Zane Parmer, License No. PT-940.

 

After full discussion, the following motion was made:

 

Moved by Ms. Coen that the Board adopt the Hearing Officer’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, that the License issued to Respondent, James Zane Parmer be revoked.  Respondent shall pay an administrative fine in the amount of $2,000 and shall pay the investigative costs and attorney fees in the amount of $1,660.06.  Prior to any future re-licensure, Respondent must have paid in full the administrative fine and the investigative costs and attorney fees.  Seconded by Ms. Liddle, motion carried.

 

The Board asked Mr. Hales to draft the Order and to allow the Board Chair to sign the Order upon its completion.

There being no further business it was moved by Ms. Coen that the meeting be adjourned the time being 8:55 a.m. MST.  Seconded by Ms. Liddle, motion carried.
