CONFERENCE CALL

 

 

 

ROLL CALL:          Bill Dial, Chair

                                 Stan Griswold, Board Member

                                 Mary McGown, Board Member
 

BUREAU STAFF:  Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

                                Maria Brown, Technical Records Specialist 1

 

The meeting was called to order by Bill Dial, Chair, at 1:35 p.m.  Roll call was taken.

 

Mr. Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief, reviewed law changes that will go before the Legislature.

 

Mr. Hetrick reviewed the contract for fiscal year 2006 with the board. The board discussed the addendum of the contract, exhibit C, cost of services. Estimated total board budget for fiscal year 2006 is $28,850.00. The board discussed exhibit D, Bureau of Occupational Licenses fixed costs.

 

Motion made by Mr. Griswold to accept the contract between the Bureau of Occupational Licenses and the board as presented and to authorize the board Chairman, Mr. Dial to sign. Seconded by Mr. Dial, carried.

 

Motion made by Mr. Griswold to approve sending Mr. Griswold to the CLARB spring meeting. Seconded by Mr. Dial, carried.

 

Ms. McGown joined the meeting at 2:00 p.m.

 

The board discussed the CLARB report. The board secretary is to complete the report and email it to the CLARB representative. Mr. Dial and Mr. Griswold will participate in the call to CLARB for the annual CLARB Report.

 

Motion made by Ms. McGowen to adjourn the meeting at 2:15 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Griswold, carried.
