Dell Hatch, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m..  Roll call was taken.  

The proposed legislative language was reviewed and discussed. The Board asked that a revised version be drafted and sent to all interested parties. 

The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
