ONLINE RENEWAL APPLICATION

If you annually renew a license/registration through the Bureau of Occupational Licenses (IBOL), you may now submit your renewal fees online.

The IBOL accepts online renewal applications for all personal and facility licenses or registrations issued through IBOL. You may also reinstate a license or registration that has been previously canceled due to failure to renew.  Application is through a secure online site and fees may be submitted credit card (MasterCard & Visa only). The secure online site uses the most up-to-date encryption technology, and is quick, easy, and safe. You will also be able to print a receipt for any transaction you conduct over the site.

You will be asked to provide specific information in order to gain access to the renewal application. Please have your license/registration number, birth date & social security number ready. If you are unable to gain access, please contact the IBOL by e-mail.

You will NOT be charged additional fees to submit your application and payment online. Note, however, that if you do not submit a COMPLETE renewal before the expiration date of your license/registration, you will be assessed a reinstatement fee in addition to the renewal amount. This fee is required by Idaho law and cannot be waived. All questions regarding the reinstatement fee must be submitted in writing.

During the process you will be asked to provide online responses or affirmations in order to complete the process.  Depending on how you respond, you may be asked to submit additional materials before your renewal will be processed.

You may also submit address changes and additional information without cost.
