The Idaho State Board of Denturitry board meeting was called to order at 10:02 a.m., Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION 

DEN-2004-1:  Moved by Sylvia Boyle, seconded by Carla Wolfrum and carried to accept the Stipulation And Consent Order in the matter of Jody J. Rowe, License No. LD-14 conditioned upon that during the fourteen (14) day suspension, respondent shall not be present or on the premises while the office remains open for administrative duties.
