The meeting was called to order at 3:05p.m.

Mr. Hales discussed the proposed rule changes with the Board.

Mr. Howell moved to change Rule 300.d to read “and shall not exceed 30 months, except as approved by the Board” and the Bureau to proceed with the legislative process.  Ms. Westerberg seconded, and the motion carried.

Mr. Howell moved to approve the Advertisement Rule 03 as written, and the Bureau to proceed with the legislative process.  Ms. Westerberg seconded, and the motion carried.   

The next scheduled meeting is November 2, 2007.

Having no further business before them, the meeting adjourned at 3:15p.m.
