                  SUBJECT:        Complaint Investigation Report   

FY2006: To date one (1) complaint has been received and is under investigation.

FY2005: No complaints were received.

FY2004: Eight (8) complaints were received. Of those, five (5) were closed without action; two (2) were referred for disciplinary action; and one (1) remains under investigation.   

FY2003: Four (4) complaints were received. Of those, three (3) were closed without action, and one (1) was referred for disciplinary action.
