Moved by Jun Shiosaki that the Board go into executive session to discuss matter not subject to public disclosure.  Seconded by Brenda Freeman and carried.  The time being 9:06 a.m.

Moved by Jerry Fischer that the Board come out of executive session.  Seconded by Jun Shiosaki and carried.  The time being 9:24 a.m.

Formal Disciplinary Action

Let it be known that Roberta Crockett has recused herself from discussion and voting privileges regarding Case No. COU-2004-1.

COU-2004-1:  Moved by Jerry Fischer to get the transcripts from the Hearing Officer for the boards review and to allow oral argument from all parties.  Seconded by Jun Shiosaki and carried.

Moved by Jerry Fischer that date for oral argument be set for March 7, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Seconded by Jun Shiosaki and carried.

Moved by Jun Shiosaki that the meeting be adjourned.  The time being 9:31 a.m.  Seconded by Brenda Freeman and carried.
