Meeting Minutes of August 23, 2004 

The Idaho State Cosmetology Examiners Board meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m., Monday, August 23, 2004 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Roll Call:         Christine Stutzke, Chair

                        Eric Negaard, Board Member

                        Geneal Thompson, Board Member

                        Linda Swope, Board Member

Bureau Staff:  Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

                        Marcie McGinty, Administrative Assistant

                        Carl Ericson, Administrative Attorney

Joan (Joni) Huff, Board Member, absent, excused.

FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION

COS-2004-25:  Moved by Eric Negaard, seconded by Geneal Thompson and carried to accept the Stipulation And Consent Order in the matter of Beatrice H. Posey, License No. RC-15658.

Moved by Eric Negaard, seconded by Linda Swope and carried that the Board go into executive session to discuss possible litigation exempt from public record.  The time being 1:37 p.m.

Moved by Eric Negaard, seconded by Geneal Thompson and carried that the Board come out of executive session.  The time being 2:00 p.m.

COS-2004-14, 16, & 17:  Moved by Eric Negaard, seconded by Linda Swope and carried that the original Final Orders that were entered in the matter of Boise Nails, License No. CS-5775, Isabelle Santi, License No. NT-222264 and Dung Le, License No. NT-221626 be vacated and remanded back to the Hearing Officer for an administrative hearing.
