The Idaho State Cosmetology Board meeting was called to order at 12:55 p.m. on Monday, March 22, 2004 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

                                    Marcie McGinty, Administrative Assistant                                   

Others Present:            Ken Stringfield, Deputy Attorney General

Eric Negaard, Board member, absent, excused. 

Minutes

COS-L6A-03-03-39:  Moved by Geneal Thompson, seconded by Joan Huff and carried to accept the recommendation of the Deputy Attorney General. 

COS-B4B-04-04-36:  Moved by Joan Huff, seconded by Geneal Thompson and carried to accept the recommendation of the Deputy Attorney General. 

COS-B5A-02B-04-50:  Moved by Geneal Thompson, seconded by Joan Huff and carried that the Board authorize the Deputy Attorney General to negotiate a Stipulation and Consent order to include license suspension, probation, fine and costs based on the discussion and recommendation of the Board. 

COS-B5S-02B-02-77:  Moved by Carol Martin, seconded by Joan Huff and carried that the Board authorize the Deputy Attorney General to negotiate a Stipulation And Consent Order based on the discussion and recommendation of the Board. 

COS-P1A-02A-03-20:  Moved by Geneal Thompson, seconded by Joan Huff and carried that a formal complaint be filed. 

Moved by Carol Martin, seconded by Joan Huff and carried that the meeting be adjourned, the time being 2:15 p.m.
