Conference Call

2:00 p.m.

Conference call commenced at 2:00 p.m. Roll call: Christy Stutzke, Patrick Ulsh, Eric Negaard. Bureau staff present: Budd Hetrick, John Kersey and Helen Piippo.

Mr. Hetrick reviewed with board the investigation of two schools regarding fraudulent records as to education and hours given. The Board’s direction was requested regarding the Bureau recommendation that disciplinary action be commenced and that the necessary paperwork be processed as soon as possible.

Motion by Mr Ulsh authorizing Bureau to proceed with necessary paperwork as to investigation and disciplinary action on Case # COS-B5-02-02-016 and Case # COS-B5-02-02-017 and to allow Mr. Hetrick to sign all necessary documents on behalf of the Board. Seconded by Mr. Negaard. Motion carried.

There being no further discussion meeting was adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
