Meeting called to order at 9:13 a.m. by Mary Lambert, Vice-Chair. 

 

LAW CHANGE

Discussion was held on the law proposals for to be submitted for the 2008 legislative session.  It was determined that changes to 54-828 will be held for next year.  Moved by Ms. Lambert to approve the proposed changes with the exception of 54-828.  Seconded by Ms. Sermon, carried.

 

RULE CHANGE

Proposed rule changes for the 2008 session were reviewed and discussed.  Moved by Ms. Lambert to approve the proposed rules as discussed with changes to 450.04.b and 05.  Seconded by Ms. Hill-Herbold, carried.

 

Meeting ended at 9:40 a.m.

 

Moved by Ms. Sermon to adjourn  Seconded by Ms. Hill-Herbold, carried.
