Meeting called to order at 11:30 a.m. by Chair Eric Negaard.  Those present: Geneal Thompson, Vice Chair; Board members Joni Huff, Linda Swope, and Mary Lambert.  Bureau Staff present:  Bureau Chief Rayola Jacobsen, and Cherie Simpson.

Comments on proposed rules were reviewed as follows:

010.15 – no change to proposed rule.

125.1 – needs to stay in place.

401.03 – no change from proposal.

450.02.b.v. – no change as styling is included in scope.

500.05 – change title to coincide with subsection content.

500.09 – student registration section – exclude proposed changes.

100.01.a. – exclude references to examiner requirements.

Moved by Ms. Thompson to approve the changes per public comment and board review.  Seconded by Ms. Lambert, carried.
