The application deadline date for the cosmetology, nail technology, haircutter, instructor, esthetics and electrology examination is 30 days prior to the examination date for which you are applying. Incomplete applications will be returned.
Final records of your instruction must be submitted by the school directly to the Bureau no less than 14 days prior to the date of the examination you are applying for. If your record of instruction is received within 13 days of the next examination, you will be scheduled for the following month's exam.
