                SUBJECT:           Complaint Investigation Report 

Fiscal Year 2004: Forty-nine (49) complaints have been received to date.  Twelve (12) have been closed; thirty-three (33) remain under investigation; and four (4) await Board determination (see below).

Fiscal Year 2003: Fifty-two (52) complaints were received. Of those, five (5) remain under investigation and thirteen (13) await Board determination (see below).

Fiscal year 2002: Thirty-nine (39) complaints were received. Of those, two (2) remain under investigation and two (2) await Board determination (see below).
