Conference Call Meeting Minutes of January 25, 2006

Chairman Dr. Mayo called the meeting to order at 12:04 p.m.
The Board reviewed the applications for appointment to the 2006 Peer Review Committee. Moved by Dr. Moldenhauer that the Board approve all applications for the 2006 Peer Review Committee except the application of Dr. Joseph Betz which will be considered at the next board meeting. Seconded by Dr. Gaertner-Ewing, motion carried.

The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners’ annual business meeting of State Delegates will be held at Portland Oregon on May 5, 2006. Moved by Mr. Shiosaki that Dr. Moldenhauer be appointed as the Delegate for this meeting and the Board will provide the funds. Seconded by Dr. Gaertner-Ewing, motion carried.
Moved by Dr. Moldenhauer that Dr. Gaertner-Ewing be appointed as the alternate Delegate for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners’ annual business meeting. Seconded by Mr. Shiosaki, motion carried.
Moved by Dr. Gaertner-Ewing that the board meeting be adjourned at 12:20 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Shiosaki, motion carried.
