Discussion was held on proposed rule changes 010.05 and 560. The Board will review the rule sections pertaining to Athletic Trainers in the spring to determine if it needs to be revised. Dr. Moldenhauer moved to adopt rules pertaining to Athletic Trainers. Seconded by Dr. Gaertner-Ewing, carried. Moved by Dr. Gaertner-Ewing to adopt the rules pertaining to the sixty day deadline for appeals on peer reviews. Seconded by Mr. Shiosaki, carried.
Moved by Mr. Shiosaki that Board go into executive session to discuss matters that are not subject to public disclosure. Seconded by Dr. Gaertner-Ewing, carried.
Moved by Mr. Shiosaki that Board come out of executive session. Seconded by Dr. Dutson, carried.
Moved by Dr. Dutson that applicant for licensure with disciplinary action from another state be required to complete the probation in Nevada and reapply when the probation agreement has been satisfactorily fulfilled. Seconded by Mr. Shiosaki, carried.
