FY
2004: To date, eight (8) complaints have been received, all of which are under
investigation.
FY
2003:
Fourteen
(14) complaints were received. Of those, four (5) have been closed, seven (7)
remain under investigation, and two (2) are under legal review for formal
action.
FY
2002: Sixteen (16) complaints were received. Of those, two (2) remain under
investigation.
2000: Fifteen (15) complaints were received. One (1) complaint remains under pro-review.
