FY
2004: To date, four (4) complaints have been received and are under
investigation.
FY
2003:
Fourteen
(14) complaints were received. Of those, four (4) have been closed, seven (7)
remain under investigation, two (2) are under legal review for formal action,
and one (1) awaits Board determination.
FY
2002: Sixteen (16) complaints were received. Of those, three (3) are under
investigation.
Year
2001: Thirteen
(13) complaints were received. Of those, one (1) awaits Board
determination.
2000:
Fifteen (15) complaints were received. One (1) complaint remains under pro-review.
