                SUBJECT:               Complaint Investigation Report 

Fiscal Year 2003. No complaints have been received to date.  

Fiscal Year 2002.  Ten (10) complaints were received. Of those, eight (8) are under investigation and or legal review. One (1) was closed after suspension of license, and one (1) was referred to legal to seek injunctive relief. 

Fiscal Year 2001. Thirteen (13) complaints were received of those; two (2) are under investigation or legal review.  

Fiscal Year 2000. Fifteen (15) complaints were received. Of those, two  (2) remain under investigation or legal review.   

Those cases closed since your last meeting is outlined below: 

CHI-L2A-02A-02-12      Complainant alleged that the respondent committed slander against the complainant. Investigation revealed no violation of the Idaho laws & rules governing the practice of chiropractic. Complaint was closed without action.
