The Idaho State Board of Barber Examiners board meeting was called to order at 9:03 a.m., Thursday, November 30, 2006 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.
Roll Call: Kevin Moriarty, Chair
Gussie O’Connor, Board Member – attendance by phone
Bureau Staff: Rayola Jacobsen, Bureau Chief
Budd A. Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief
Roger J. Hales, Administrative Attorney
Marcie McGinty, Investigations Coordinator
Others Present: Dennis Bostwick
The Board met via conference call on November 21, 2006 to discuss the disciplinary action in the matter of The Cutting Edge, Scott Lusk, Owner. At which time the costs and fees were presented. However, at that time the Board had only seen the costs pertaining to Case No. BAR-2005-4. The Board met this date to discuss the fees for Case No. BAR-2005-3 which were not presented on November 21, 2006.
Motion was made by Gussie O’Connor to include the costs and fees for Case No. BAR-2005-3 to the Affidavit of Costs And Fees in the matter of The Cutting Edge, Scott Lusk, Owner as determined by the Bureau. Seconded by Kevin Moriarty, motion carried.
Moved by Kevin Moriarty that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Gussie O’Connor, motion carried.
