of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise,
Idaho.

NEW BUSINESS
Moved by Kevin Moriarty to table discussion regarding approval of the curriculum for the Boise Barber College until the Board’s next meeting scheduled for November 7, 2005. Seconded by Gussie O’Connor, motion carried.
FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Deputy Attorney General, Ken Stringfield presented a Memorandum to the Board regarding recommendations for disciplinary action for Case Nos. BAR-2005-3 and BAR-2005-4. The Board had discussion and agreed with the recommendations of the Attorney General.
BAR-2005-2 & 5: Moved by Gussie O’Connor to accept the Stipulation and Consent Order as written in the matter of F. David Milner, Owner of Papa’s Barber Shop. Seconded by Kevin Moriarty, motion carried.
Moved by Leslie Thorson to allow Kevin Moriarty to sign the Stipulation And Consent Order as acting Chair. Seconded by Gussie O’Connor, motion carried.
Moved by Leslie Thorson that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Kevin Moriarty, motion carried.
