The Idaho State Board of Barber Examiners board meeting was called to order at 9:17 a.m., Monday, September 13, 2004 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

                        Leslie Thorson, Board Member

                        Roger J. Hales, Administrative Attorney

    Marcie McGinty, Administrative Assistant

FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION

BAR-2004-1:  Moved by Leslie Thorson, seconded by Curtis Park and carried to adopt the Hearing officers Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and that the establishment known as Joe’s Barber Shop, License No. BS-2455 issued to Joe Lott, Owner be suspended for a period of thirty (30) days.  Upon completion of a sanitary inspection and establishment has satisfactory met all sanitary requirements respondents may re-open to the Public.  Owner, Joe Lott shall pay investigative costs in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty dollars and No/100 ($250.00) within Thirty (30) days of the Final Order.

Moved by Curtis Park and carried that Leslie Thorson sign as acting Chair of the Final Order.
