Cher Stone called the meeting to order at 1: 00 p.m.

PROPOSED LAW CHANGES

The Board discussed the draft copy of the proposed law changes and made some additional changes. Leslie Thorson moved to accept the draft copy of the law changes as amended. Curtis Park seconded the motion, motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 1:20 p.m. on August 2, 2000.
