Cher Stone called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER

Curtis Park moved to accept the consent order as changed for case number BAR-BI-02A-99-002. Leslie Thorson seconded the motion, motion carried.

Respondent shall pay investigative cost in the amount of $455.00 and attorney fees in the amount of $1,324.00 totaling $1779.00. Payment shall be made equal monthly installments of $198.00 per month beginning July 2000. The sum shall be paid in full by June 30, 2001. The monthly installments shall be due and payable to the Board by the 30th day of each calendar month.

Meeting adjourned at 1:10 p.m. on July 24, 2000.
