        SUBJECT:       Investigative Report

 

 

Fiscal Year 2007:  One (1) complaint has been received and remains under investigation.

 

Fiscal Year 2006:  Two (2) complaints were received.  Of those, one (1) has been closed following Board determination; and one (1) remains under investigation.

 

Fiscal Year 2005:  Seven (7) complaints were received.  Of those, two (2) have been closed following Board determination; three (3) have been closed following Board disciplinary action; and two (2) have been sent for legal review.
