        SUBJECT:       Investigative Report

 

 

Fiscal Year 2007:  No complaints have been received to date.

 

Fiscal Year 2006:  Two (2) complaints have been received to date.  Of those, one (1) has been closed following Board determination; and one (1) remains under investigation.

 

Fiscal Year 2005:  Five (5) complaints were received.  Of those, three have been closed following disciplinary action; and two (5) have been sent to the Attorney General for legal review.

 

There are two (2) pending disciplinary matters.
