IBOL COMPLAINT MEMORANDUM

Fiscal Year 2006: Two (2) complaints have been received to date. Of those one (1) remains under investigation, and one (1) awaits Board determination.
Fiscal Year 2005: Eight (8) complaints were received. Of those, Four (4) have been sent to the Attorney General for legal review, and four (4) remain under investigation.
BAR-B4-2-06-3: During a routine inspection inspection revealed the following discrepancies : no hot running water in the toilet facility, equipment (hair blow-dryers and clippers not clean) on the floor, combs in un -cleaned sanitizing solutions (a week old and hair floating at the bottom of the container), first aid kit lacked proper first aid material. A "C" card was issued. Follow-up inspection revealed that deficiencies had been addressed and the facility was in compliance. IBOL recommends the Board authorize closure.
