Tom Katsilometes, Commissioner called the meeting at 11:30 a.m. Mountain Time.

Bureau staff present was Tana Cory, Bureau Chief, Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau, Roger Hales, Administrative Attorney, Karl Klein, Deputy Attorney General, and Marcie McGinty, Investigations Coordinator.

Karl Klein, Deputy Attorney General submitted a signed Stipulation And Consent Order to the Commissioner for review and consideration.

After a full discussion and review of the Order Mr. Katsilometes accepted the Order as presented in the License matter of Lee Anderson, ATB-25, Case No. ATC-2007-1.

Meeting adjourned at 11:43 a.m.
