CONFERENCE CALL MINUTES OF JUNE 27, 2001
ROLL CALL: Present – Raymond Hudson, Chair; R.G. Nelson; Nicholas Latham; Alan Giltzow; Nels Reese; Stan Cole
Discussion was held on the proposed ordinance of the Coeur d’Alene Building Department.
Moved by Mr. Latham that Mr. Hales draft a letter to the City of Coeur d’Alene regarding the Boards disapproval of the ordinance. Seconded by Mr. Cole.
Discussion was held on the proposed rule for interns. Moved by Mr. Nelson that rule 375 be approved with the deletion of the last sentence in no. 01 and the additional in no. 04 after document ..except under the direct supervision of an Idaho licensed architect. Seconded by Mr. Cole, carried.
Moved by Mr. Nelson that Board go into executive session to discuss matter not subject to public record. Seconded by Mr. Cole, carried.
Moved by Mr. Nelson that Board come out of executive session. Seconded by Mr. Latham, carried.
Moved by Mr. Giltzow that candidate ARC-21301-JS be issued an Idaho license, but that the investigation into his activities in North Idaho be pursued. Seconded by Mr. Latham, carried.
