CONFERENCE CALL MINUTES OF August 6, 1999
ROLL CALL: R.G. Nelson; Jim McLaughlin; Alan Giltzow; Stan Cole; Roger Hales; Carmen Westberg; Cherie Simpson
Call commenced at 9:00 a.m.
PROPOSED RULE CHANGES
Discussion was held. Motion by Mr. Giltzow that rule 410 be adopted as revised, seconded by Mr. McLaughlin, carried. Motion by Mr. Giltzow that rule 550 be adopted as revised, seconded by Mr. Cole, carried.
DEPT OF ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT
Discussion was held. Mr. Giltzow has a sample of contractual wording from Department of Transportation. He will forward a copy to Mr. Hales for review. Once reviewed it will be distributed to the Board.
Discussion was held on the next meeting, September 10, 1999 in Sun Valley beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Motion by Mr. McLaughlin to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Giltzow.
