As per Rule 750, IDAPA 24.01.01, The Idaho Board of Architectural Examiners have adopted the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards' Rules of Conduct as their Code of Ethics.
Any licensed architect who is found to be in violation of the Code of Ethics may be disciplined by the Board under §54-305.h., Idaho Code.
