Minutes of July 26, 2000

The Idaho State Board of Acupuncture conference call was called to order at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2000 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

                            Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

                            Dee Ann Randall, Administrative Secretary

The purpose of the conference call is to discuss proposed rules and to change the date of the November 2000 board meeting.

The Board reviewed the draft of the proposed rules with minor changes being made. Moved by Rand Peebles, seconded by Tess Hahn and carried that the Board approves the draft of proposed rules and authorizes the Bureau to proceed with adoption.

Discussion of possible law changes was tabled for the next board meeting. No changes will be submitted for the upcoming legislative session.

The November, 2000 board meeting date was changed from November 10 to November 17, 2000.
